Bridge slot screen

The bridge slot screen is named after the bridge-like slot, which creates a gap between the well casing and the packed gravel. Bridge construction also enhances the mechanical strength against twisting, compressive and tensile forces.

Firstly, the bridge slotted screens are first made in a flat sheet, which is completely CNC operated. Bridge slots are punched in rows or in staggered state. The slot widths are precise and can change as practical requirements. The slot bridge shape has outstanding anti-plugging function.

Then the flat sheet is subsequently rolled and welded into a pipe. Bridge slot screen has extensive applications, including oil and water wells, development of geothermal and mineral water. Subject to the bridge slot screen lightweight, it is quite affordable compared with other conventional well screens.

2, Materials: Bridge slot screens usually use low carbon steel Q235, stainless steel 304,304L, 316L. To prolong its service life, galvanized screens are still supplied.
